A Design Intensive is a process optimized to shorten the time for implementation and results for businesses. The Brand Identity Design Intensive follows a similar structure to a normal branding process, but happens much quicker.

To start a Brand Identity Design Intensive, we start with work on the company mission. The mission of any business is vitally important not only for the business owner, but also for its customers. Since a brand identity is a visual moderator between business and customer, having a strong, impactfuly communicated mission is key.
Brand values help to drive the business forward, attract customers to become fans, and act as touchpoints throughout the lifespan of the company. Brand values also inform our visual process—we don't always pick red when a brand values trust, or a serif font when it values efficiency, for example. Establishing brand values give business owners a voice and a launchpad for visual identity design.
Next comes a brand strategy session. With an established brand mission and set of brand values, we work to position the brand in the marketplace. As part of the Brand Identity Design Intensive, we research competitors, evaluate the current marketplace, and develop a growth strategy for the brand. This ensures that the brand is able to step into the marketplace with confidence and a roadmap o success.
The first workshop day ends with a brand inspiration session. Together, we look at resources, existing brands, images, colors and typography to set the tone for the brand identity. This collaborative process gives the you a sense of input and helps to expedite the design process by eliminating confusing back-and-forth.
This section of work is done independently for the remainder of the day and prior to the second day of the Brand Identity Design Intensive.
We're designers, not a monkey wrench. After working together on the Brand Mission, Vision, Strategy, and Brand Inspiration, we'll have more than enough to design a comprehensive brand identity. While we usually get it right on the first try, we'll design two options for you to choose from and refine on Day 2.
As part of the Brand Identity Design Intensive, we give you a template for 60 social media post prompts. With the new Mission, Vision, and Brand Strategy, its your job to answer the prompts which complete 60 social media posts designed to get customers to love you and your new brand.
To start Day 2 of the Brand Identity Design Intensive, we'll dive right into a brand identity presentation. We'll have designed two brands for you to choose from, compile, and critique before we polish off one more final brand. We want your brand to be perfect, so we'll work together to get it there!
We'll look at your responses to the 60-day Social Media Slam prompts and make sure they're ready to post or answer any questions that came up while filling them out.
